Error archiving with errors

When I submit the application, I get the following error in Xcode:

Archive verification failed due to the problems listed below.

Error in the iTunes Store.

Invalid pre-release. The version for trains "1.1" is closed for the new assembly view.

But this version of my application is in the "Preparing for submission" status after the status "Developer rejected." I want to download a new assembly to replace an existing one, but I can’t do this.

Change the version number in iTunes Connect and create another archive with this new version number. It will pass the test, and you can send.
