API Request Comments POST Endpoint Rejection on Instagram

I want to leave a comment on Instagram using the Instagram API. We need special permission to add comments. I twice requested with the option "Provide customer service" at https://help.instagram.com/contact/185819881608116 . But they rejected the request saying ...

“We reviewed your application and determined that your request does not meet our requirements for using this endpoint. Please note that we allow access to this endpoint only for the following use cases:

  • A business requesting media rights from an Instagram community to use the media for display outside of Instagram.
  • A customer service business for Instagram community members by interacting through comments.
  • A business that responds to Instagram community members who participate in a specific award or coupon campaign.

Since your application does not work in any of these use cases, we cannot provide access to the endpoint.

My application is under development and is not yet alive.

Do I need to publish my application before making a request in order to access the comment? How can I request and what details should I include? Does anyone get access to post a comment? Share your experience.

I did not find a solution, but since this is perhaps the only topic on the network with this problem, I want to share my experience.

  • My application, which is an online service for viewing Instagram (e.g. Iconosquare), is denied.
  • I replied to the negative e-mail: "Why did you reject? This is the same as Iconosquare!" but received no reply. Perhaps they do not make any talk after refusal.
  • I tried differently. My friend has an account for his business with a lot of real followers. I wrote a letter stating that this business requires a special application to run an account, since one IPhone is not very convenient when you talk about tens of thousands of followers. This method was also rejected, even if it fully met the requirements.
