Connection with https://api.parse.com rejected

I have an application in which there is a login screen, there are two options: 1 login with twitter and 2. username and password.

This app is live on the store, however, I am currently receiving a denied connection to api.parse.com. I tested here on several devices and connected perfectly.

Are there any reasons parsing might fail to connect other than a problem with their servers? Can an imei device etc. Join the game? I just find it unusual that this happens for some, not for others. In addition, I will end up losing a lot of users this way.

Any guidance is appreciated.

I would really appreciate any help with this, if anyone knows anything about this, parse.com status says that it is fully functional, there is no parsing forum anymore, if someone can give me some idea, it would be great

Just throwing it away as an opportunity, it could be an SSL issue as you are connecting to the https:// endpoint.

Built-in trusted root certificates vary from phone to phone, so the connection may fail because there is no certificate.

In this case, you may be able to install the root trusted certificate .

Here is a link to the certificate used by parse.com, DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA :

I ran into a similar problem and it comes down to an ad blocker called AdFree. Ask users who have this problem if they have the specified ad blocker and disable it and try it.
