NoseXUnit used to create Clover-compatible xml files, but it is no longer supported and does not work with the latest versions of Nose.

As far as I know, the nose can only output Cobertura format. This is done by passing the --with-coverage and --cover-xml nose covering options . You can then use the cover2clover utility to convert the report.py xml report to the Atlassian Clover report format that Bamboo understands.
