Failed to create dynamic web project in Eclipse Luna

Question

I installed Eclipse Luna for Windows 64 bit. But I can not create a new Dynamic Web Project. I also installed Web, XML, Java EE, and OSGi Enterprise Development , but still it only shows a static web project inside web projects.

Is there anything else to install?

you need a web tool platform package to do this, add it to your eclipse through Help> install new software.

Then add the location of the WTP software repository site for your eclipse version.

I think the accepted answer is not a recommended solution. In Luna, you must install the web tool platform through the Luna download site, not the WTC download site.

You need to go to http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo or luna or any other version of eclipse that you use and choose Web, XML, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development.
