Visual Studio window with multiple tabs - how to make tab icons visible?

Is there a way to always show Windows tab icons? When a window is not docked or not large enough to display text, it looks like this: enter image description here

Icons appear only when we make this window too small to insert text on tabs: enter image description here

Is there any hack in the registry or something so that these icons are always visible?
