Creating a subdomain with Vesta CP and DigitalOcean

I try to configure, but every time I turn to domain.mysite.com.br, it shows me an error not found. www.mysite.com.br redirects me correctly. Only the subdomain is not.

This is my vesta configuration: This is my vesta configurations

Digital Ocean DNS Configuration Digital ocean DNS configuration

My ftp correctly displays the new subdomain folder My ftp is showing the new subdomain folder correctly

Am I setting up Digital Ocean DNS incorrectly? OBS: My server IP address is not 111.111.1.111, I edited in Photoshop for security.

Sorry, my english is not very good.

You can create a subdomain in vesta cp with the following steps:

  • Create a DNS record for your domain (maisrp.com.br) in the vestacp menu, the record type is CNAME, indicating your drop IP address. Enter the subdomain that you want to add to the records section (e.g. mysubdomain)

Create DNS Record for your subdomain

  • Add a new domain through Vesta Cp with the full address (i.e. mysubdomain.maisrp.com.br)

Add new domain

I tried it and it works

It worked! I just waited 15 minutes and it worked. I thought it was instant, but it is not. Subdomain.mysite.com.br now works, but www.subdomain.mysite.com.br does not: / why?
