How to capture data without a browser using Fiddler

I have a web application that communicates with a "wcf web service application" that is located on the same computer, a "wcf web service application" works as a proxy server, it communicates with another web service hosted on another machine and retrieves some data from this server.

When I track requests on my server using a violinist, I can track traffic between the browser and the web service application on my server. I can’t track traffic between my “web service” and “remote web service”, is it possible to track the second traffic mentioned above?

Fiddler - proxy; it captures any traffic that you send to it. You need to configure your web service to send your traffic through Fiddler. You will probably find http://www.telerik.com/blogs/capturing-traffic-from-net-services-with-fiddler .
