This problem probably comes from Facebook. I just ran into the same problem, and I could find other lines that say com.facebook.common.errorreporting.u: Hit the choice of the proposed group cluster speed limit.

I uninstalled all Facebook applications and saw that logcat has a lot more peace.

I had the same thing. This message flooded my LogCat, even the filter could not save the marked messages for several seconds. After I downloaded the message from Facebook, this message disappeared.
