Visual Studio 2013 Express with Update 3 stuck in setup phase

I am trying to install Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 with Update 3 for Windows. I downloaded its iso image and started the installation. But it seems like he’s stuck in “Configuring your system, it may take some time” for more than 2-3 hours.

Does this usually take so long, is this normal, or does it seem to be a problem with the iso file? How long does it usually take to fully install?
