What icon is needed for Cortana help?

So, I am adding voice prompts with Cortana in my application. My VCD file is configured and everything works as expected, so now I have to look for the little things.

I have all the necessary icons (which I know) in my application, but still, when my application appears on the Cortana screen ("What can I say?" Screen), my application appears with a default icon, not added by me.

So my question is: what missing icon do I see?

ps: the official Remote Desktop app also shows the same icon, so I think I'm not the only one with the missing icon :)

So, according to Rob Caplan , there is a known issue in windows-phone-8.1 Runtime Applications.

This is a known issue with Windows Phone Runtime applications that do not affect Silverlight applications. You can do nothing to change this from your code. We are studying a fix for future OS updates.
