Write medical certificate notes with HealthKit

Question

Using the Fit sample project from Apple that implements HealthKit, I can write some data, such as birthday, height, weight, and others using [HKHealthStore saveObject:] . But how can I write other data, such as Medical Notes, Conditions , Allergies and reactions that appear in the Medical Identifier in the Apple Health App?

I cannot find anything equivalent to the HKQuantityTypeIdentifierHeight type, but save these notes;

The HealthKit API does not provide access to a medical identifier. IOS does not have an API for changing a user ID.
