How to access accurev workspace from a new machine

Question

I have a workspace in accurev. I recently had to change the machine, and now I want to configure the accurev workspace on a new computer. When I access my workspace from the graphical user interface, it shows the old system name saying that the workspace is in the old system and cannot be accessed from the new machine.

Is there a way to get the same workspace on a new machine? or do I need to create a new workspace on a new machine?

This can be done from the Accurev GUI.

Open view → Workspace.

It will show a list of workspaces that you created earlier. Select the workspace that you want to change, right-click and select "Change." It will open a window for entering the path on your new computer (navigate to the location on your new computer). Follow the steps by clicking the next button.

By clicking Finish, you will update the system with the selected location and with the new computer as the host name.
