Swift - CoreData from pre-populated SQLite

I populated the database using CoreData, and now I want to use it as the default database in my application in swift. I read about it, but I just found tutorials in Objective-C and the Core Data methods that Xcode6 creates in AppDelegate are kindly strange to me ...

I want to use the sqlite file that I have in my application, instead of creating an empty database. How can i achieve this?

You copy the sqlite file from the application package to the location where the persistent storage is stored.
