Windows.concroll mobile equivalent?

In desktop browsers, window.scroll constantly triggered when the browser scrolls. However, when testing on iOS and Android Chrome, it only starts when scrolling is complete.

I tried touchmove , but it was different - only shooting when the movement was over.

Is there an event on mobile devices that is continuously triggered, such as a desktop browser?

There seems to be no way to get it, because "iOS devices freeze DOM manipulations during the scroll event"!

Take a look at this link in the scroll start section! http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.0/docs/api/events.html
