The power to email with a different subtask is the same conversation

I use "sort by date (conversation)" in Outlook to group all emails in a specific stream

I have a question: did anyone understand how to group two different conversation threads into one group?

For example, a customer will send me an email with the subject β€œWe need two spare parts A,” and while we reply back and forth to the same email address, the conversation is grouped into one group using the same subject. But if they send me another email with the subject β€œHere is the address information,” he will start another conversation group, and I cannot figure out how to link it to the original conversation.

I have the same problem ... but I could not find a solution for it. This link here says it is by design.
