Using TOTP for keepass database

Question

With OtpKeyProv-Plugin, you can lock the database using HOTP passwords. I am looking for an opportunity to lock my database with temporary passwords. This will allow you to generate keys on multiple devices (yubikey, google authenticator ..) and use synchronized keepass databases on multiple devices (PC, laptop, smartphone). I am aware of the confusion with this setting and another HOTP counter.

Is it possible to use TOTP passwords with a key?

This is not possible because keepass had to keep a secret in the case of TOTP, while with HOTP, there is no need to keep a secret.
