Visual Studio Express ClickOnce - Cannot Publish .NET 4.5 Offline Installer with Application

I am trying to publish an application with pre-req as .NET 4.5. I clicked create installer to install prereq components and I selected the .NET Framework 4.5

I chose to download pre-req from the following location and set the link to my server. This is an error when I try to post it:

To enable "Download prerequisites from the same location as my application" in the Prerequisites dialog box, you must download the file "DotNetFX45 \ dotNetFx45_Full_x86_x64.exe" for the item "Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5 (x86 and x64)," to your local computer. For more information, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=239883 .

I tried with .NET 4.5 and .NET 4.5.1, booted to the local PC and server, and still had the same problem.

Does anyone know what it is? Thanks.

I usually set it to receive files from MS, so it’s not, but I think that if you add redist to the solution, then click the “Application Files” button on the “Publish” tab of your project property and make sure that it is redistributable. NET 4.5 is listed, and all properties are set correctly, you should be good to go ...

Did you follow the instructions in the link? http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh873130(v=vs.110).aspx

You need to download and place the installer in the appropriate directory, and then map it inside XML (instructions under the heading "Add the installer package for the .NET Framework 4.5" ).
