Understanding Heroku 143 Server Status

I'm curious about the status of Heroku server and cannot find documentation on this topic.

Example:

Process exited with status 143 

Can anyone explain this example? And where will I find resources for future reference?

Exit code 143 means that your process has been interrupted by SIGTERM. Usually this is sent when you execute any commands requiring a reboot of your dinosaurs (config: set, restart, scale down ...).

This is a wait state when it receives no request for a while. When he receives a request, he will start again.
