Visual Studio will find and replace the backlight color

Is there a way to change the color of the backlight when something is found using search and replace in a visual studio? Right now I have a white background, and it stands out in light gray when it finds something that doesn't help much.

Absolutely! Tools β†’ Options β†’ Environment β†’ Fonts and Colors β†’ Find Selection (Extension) enter image description here

Go to Tools β†’ Options β†’ Environment β†’ Fonts and colors, and change the β€œInactive Selected Text” color, which you can use to search for CSS or html. This posed a question for me. :)

Try looking at Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Fonts and Colors > Selected Text (there should be something like this, my Visual Studio is not in English ...).

In Visual Studio 2015 you can try

Tools β†’ Options β†’ Environment β†’ Fonts and Colors β†’ Find Match Highlight

Find Match Highlight

I installed Power Tools Performance , and then the missing Find Highlight font (extension) appears.

I downloaded it, opened it, closed VS 2010, opened VS 2010, went to Tools-> Options...-> Environment-> Fonts and Colors-> Display items:-> Find Highlight (Extension) , and the color was green for the current find and yellow for all other finds instead of this barley, visible light light light light blue or grey (229R, 235G, 241B) for the current find and nothing for other finds.

Another thing I did before I installed PPT was what I found and then left the search box and then used F3, and the color was a reasonable blue.

I am using Visual Studio 2017. When the Quick Search or Quick Replace window is open,

Quick find box

all text matches in the document are highlighted. The color of the selected match is a combination of the color of the selected text and the color of the highlighted match . I don’t know how to change the first (which is annoying), but you can change the last (as in @ J3soon's answer) and thus indirectly change the color of the selected match.
