Resources for Natural Language Teaching Programs

Which APIs and datasets are available for use in natural language learning programs, for example. help learn to read / write / listen / speak the 2nd language? I think the spider sites that provide language learning content are against ToU against most of them.

If you are interested in trying to analyze the pronunciation and evaluate its correctness, this API may be worth the links. However, I have no personal experience, because the algorithms for this are really in their infancy and do not give much value to the average consumer at the moment.
