Waiting for a debugger message stuck while debugging an application

Question

I am debugging my application by submitting it for display. Waiting for a debugger dialogue and it does not disappear. I have answers to this question , but it does not work. Rebooting the IDE and devices do not work for me. Look at this:

Enable android ndk and ndk desktop support in file-> settings-> plugins
