Where can I download the Android Eclipse Suite

Where can I download the Eclipse Android Bundle? Google now instructed you to download Android Studio or download the Eclipse SDK integration, but I want to find the Eclipse Android package. I am loading on the Google website and Eclipse but cannot find the link.

Do you know any site, ftp, etc. to download the package?

Thank.

Android Developer still states how you can download and use the ADT plugin for Eclipse:

  • Launch Eclipse, then select Help > Install New Software .
  • Click Add in the upper right corner.
  • In the Add Repository dialog box that appears, enter โ€œADT Pluginโ€ for the name and the following URL for the location: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
  • Click OK .
  • In the Available Software dialog box, select the Developer Tools check box and click Next .
  • In the next window, you will see a list of tools to download. Click Next .
  • Read and accept the license agreements, then click Finish . If you receive a security warning indicating that the authenticity or validity of the software cannot be established, click OK.
  • When the installation is complete, restart Eclipse.

Links for the Eclipse ADT Bundle (found using Archive.org WayBackMachine ) I don't know how promising these links are. They all worked on February 27, 2017.

Update (2015-06-29) : Google will complete development and official support for ADT in Eclipse later this year and recommends switching to Android Studio.

You donโ€™t really need a package because ADT can only be used with any new Eclipse environment.

1. Make sure you have JDK installed.
  1. Download the latest eclipse.

  2. Download the latest ADT ADT-XX.XXzip . Starting with this answer, the current version is ADT-23.0.7.zip (Other versions at http://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/eclipse-adt.html )

  3. Open Eclipse and follow these steps:

    • Open Help > Install New Software > Add > Archive
    • Go to where you downloaded the ADT plugin and select it.
    • Check Developer Tools , click Next , accept any licenses and Finish
  4. After restarting Eclipse, if you cannot open the layout file, go to step 4 , but instead of selecting the archive, add https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ in the Location: text box. Click Ok , upgrade ADT, and restart Eclipse. Close and reopen the layout files and you will be fine.

  5. Launch the Android SDK Manager to update its components.

EDIT . The ADT plugin is out of date. For more information, follow this link:
