Google Play error "Error while receiving information from server [DF-DFERH-01]"

I am just ending the game for Android and I am testing the app purchase features. I am posting testing using android.test.purchased

It worked fine until a few hours ago. But now, when I click the "accept and buy" button in a Google game, the store gives an error.

Google Playback Error "Error while receiving information from server [DF-DFERH-01]"

Does anyone know what this error means?

Try this as solved in my case on a Samsung mobile phone:

1. Open the "Google Play" app and press the home button to return 2. Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Applications 3. Select the "ALL" tab, Search for "Google Play Store" and press it to open. 4. Press "Force stop" 5. Press "Clear cache" 6. Press "Clear Data" 7. Now Open Play Store and it will work normally.

If the steps above did not help, try the following:

 1. Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Applications 2. Select the "ALL" tab, Search for "Google Services Framework" and press it to open. 3. Press "Force stop" 4. Press "Clear cache" 5. Press "Clear Data"

This is an error message from Google: Error Report . This seems to be related to google servers and is very intermittent. IE, you will notice how all comments rotate for a few specific days. Failed to fix it yourself, but one comment suggests trying the following:

  • Turn off your device.
  • Remove your sim card.
  • Turn on the device.
  • Connect your device to a non-local (PR) server, for example ATT, TMobile, Spring. If you have a friend, ask for Wi-Fi.
  • Open the Play Store.
  • Shutdown and reinstall the SIM card.
  • Enable.

This error seems to be related only to static answers from Google. Using real product identifiers does not suffer from this problem.

Update: My answer here is quite old, and the InApp purchase library has changed a bit since then. Check out @Ehsan Sajjad's answer.

This works for me .....

I went to settings on my phone and deleted my gmail account and then added and synchronized the account again and it worked for me.

settings> accounts> delete account settings> accounts> add account> sync and follow on-screen prompts

hope this works for you, I got df-dferh-01 error, and also could not buy in-app purchases and this did the trick

I had the same problem due to the wrong sku product.

I used android.test.purchase instead of android.test.purchased .

The problem was resolved after installing the Google Play services (NEVER needed them until now, removed due to using too many resources on my Android 2.3) and follow these steps:

From Ryan Lestage on Google+ :

  • Clear data for the following applications:

    • Play store
    • Download manager
    • Google Services Framework
  • Reboot the phone.

  • Launch the Play Store app.
  • Wait for the device to reappear on the Play Store online. It will appear under Settings > Devices . This can take anywhere from half an hour to several hours.

When your phone appears on the Play Store with a date registered as today's date, follow these steps, but not before.

  • Open Google Settings in the application menu of your device.
  • Click "Android Device Manager."
  • Clear the Allow remote factory reset check box.
  • Go to the main settings menu of your device, then click Apps > All > Google Play services .
  • Click Clear Data . Please note that this action does not delete personal data.
  • Return to Google Settings and select Allow Remote Factory Reset.
  • Reboot the device.

suggestions for solving this problem If you have already installed the application on your phone before downloading from the Google game (obviously, run it from your code), first disable it. and then download and install the application from the Google game. it worked for me. Thank you and welcome.

This is due to the update of the new Play Store.

Switch to:

Settings / Applications / All / Google Play Store

Select the Google Play Store and choose to remove updates - this should solve your problem. Open a game store and buy an application or game to select an account with Verizon or any other telephone provider that you use, then accept. Log in to your Google account and you're done. When you close the play store, it will be updated to the latest version and allow you to pay bills.

I had the same problem. I decided it simply; I have (2) google accounts associated with my Play Store. It so happened that I installed the “application” from “account B” and I tried to evaluate it from “account A”. So, switched accounts and voilá.

None of the above made me work. What matters to me is that I tested the subscription and forgot SkuType.SUBS, changing it to INAPP for the reserved Google test product.
