Where is the Java Language Translation Assistant (JLCA) 3.0 located?

Microsoft supposedly offers (ed?) Something called JLCA, which converts Java to C #. I can not find any downloads or anything else. Does anyone have information about this tool and how to use it in VS2008 / 2010? I can find version 2.0 but not 3.0 ... presumably is it built into VS2005?

Microsoft Java Language Conversion Assistant 3.0

In any case, terminated :

Dismissal of the J # language and Java Language Conversion Assistant from future versions of Visual Studio

As customers told us that their existing set of J # functions and their needs and usage of J # are declining, Microsoft is retiring Visual J # Product and Java Conversion Assistant tool to improve the allocation of resources for another client requirements. The J # language and JLCA tool will not be available in a future version of Visual Studio. Keeping customers ’existing investment in J #, Microsoft will continue to support J # and JLCA, which ship from Visual Studio 2005 through 2015 in line with our product’s life cycle strategy.
