Failed to send iOS app to view.

I wanted to present my App Store app on iTunes Connect, but whatever I did, I received this last message stating that there is still one or more errors on the page. Unlike earlier errors, this error does not focus on a specific place on the page, and there are no red fields.

What I've done:

  • completed application information
  • completed contact information
  • uploaded screenshots for all supported sizes
  • uploaded binary / selected on itunes connect
  • completed evaluation form.

Here is a screenshot: screenshot

If there are no errors, just say: " There are one or more errors on page "

The following may be a solution.

Click the "Prices" tab

and select Price Tier as Free or your price

and again go to your application and send, Greetings.

You might just forget the other screenshots in the new iTunes Connect.

In itunes connect you need to go to "Media Management" and check the box "Use a 5.5-inch display" for all empty screenshot sizes. Do the same for the iPad.

Hope this helps.

In my case, it was a rating that is under the general information about the application.

You must edit it before submitting.

Add to this list so other troubleshooting people can try something. For me, I installed my Secondary category "Magazines and newspapers", and for it, by default it was set to "Secondary (optional)" so that the application can be viewed without problems.

I had the same problem: there is one or more errors on the page ... and no indication what error is. Finally, I resolved this by going through each option above. Although all I installed was "Pricing", and since my application was free, I checked this option. Then I went back to the first tab and click submit, and it worked without errors.

You should check the response from the Apple server. The response contains JSON. Look for "errorKeys" where it is not zero or []. This way you can find out the exact problem.

In my case, he said "You have to choose the version release option." Basically, I needed to check the pre-order option in order to set the user interface in order to select the “Manual release” option. After I selected this option, I returned the pre-order option. This solved the problem.

Well, even after choosing a price, the error didn’t disappear, in the end I testified that it was because I selected Magazines and Newspapers as a category on the Application Information tab, which may require some additional information. After changing to another category, the error disappears, and I successfully applied

Had the same problem, and for me the solution was to log in to the media manager and check all the boxes "Same as 5.5." I only downloaded 5.5 "screenshots. There is no iPad, but I assume that if you support the iPad, then the same thing.

For me, 2 languages were selected and one was deleted, keeping the default value. enter image description here

An extra language has been added for me. However, it was empty in the drop-down list and there was no error indicating a problem. It was so hard to catch. Take a screenshot. As soon as I deleted, they say that the language was "Flemish", which I did not even hear about. enter image description here

For me, there was a small red “Edit” button for the rating at the bottom of the version tab. If you have not answered the questions in order to get a rating, you need to scroll down and fill it out.

I had the same problem and literally tried all the answers above! I even tried to introduce a new assembly, thinking that this could be a problem. But still showed the same error.

I contacted Apple Developer support several times and, in the end, received a response from them.

So let's go. That was my problem. And I just could not understand it without their email. I was practically thinking about refusing to host the application on the iOS App Store.

My case was different when trying to send a Newsstand app with an in-app purchase. On the "Options" tab, I had to go to the "In-app purchases" section (not on the "In-app purchases" tab) and add a free subscription that was configured for my presentation in the assembly.

I downloaded a new application v1.0, which was rejected. I upgraded to version 1.0.1 from the list and selected the correct version in the App Store Connect. The problem I ran into was that my initial version of the application was still listed as 1.0

Changing this to 1.0.1 solved my problem.

In my case, the last tab with screenshots was not visible due to browser scale

Therefore, when I zoom out, it becomes visible

For me, this topic helped: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/115663

Answer:

I encountered the same problem a few days ago in my new application, in my case, after an investigation, the Apple Team found that I chose the Magazines and Newspapers category for the application or use the Newsstand plist key. If so, then the application should include an automatically renewed subscription.

Then, after I deselected an additional category on the "Application Information" tab, I was able to send it for verification without errors.
