Design storyboard for iphone 4

Question

So, I developed my application in a storyboard for several hours and realized after testing that the storyboard windows are the size of the iphone 5. How can I make them look just like the iPhone 4?

There is an icon below that looks like a long screen. Click it and it will switch the height
