How can I send push notifications to an assembly that works in a development development profile?

You must use your version of the certificate version for authentication in the Apple Push Notification Center.

You can use http://apns-gcm.bryantan.info/ to test push notifications. I highly recommend that bryantan work pretty fast.

You can test from both development and production. But while testing from production, please create an assembly using Adhoc.
