Any localization tool / website for localizing an Android app?

In my open source Android application, internationalization made the Android way, with strings.xml files.

There are many people in the community from many countries, and they are ready to make / improve translations using a shared website.

There is Launchpad , but it only supports gettext format, so we have to use scripts, and not very convenient.

Which site is convenient for translating open source applications on Android?
Anyone should be able to start contributing without any prior approval.

One tool not yet specified is Weblate . It has built-in support for Android string resources and is already used for several applications (e.g. OsmAnd ). Although this requires the use of a distributed version control system (preferably Git).

I chose crowdin . This allows the administrator to upload XML files, and then anyone can translate into any language.

Translated files can be downloaded in a ZIP archive.

It is free for open source projects.

The user interface has been very slow, but it has improved recently.

I wrote a tool to convert between Android XML resources and .po files:

I use this myself with Pootle, and it works quite well, although I'm not very happy with the Pootle interface. In this regard, Crowdin is actually much better.

Locating your applications and content is easier - Android Resource (.xml) formats are now supported in the Translator Toolkit [1] http://translate.google.com/toolkit

Amanuens.com also supports built-in Android, free in 2011, syncs with your repo, but I personally don’t like the editor.

Pootle is a great localization platform with many features and support for many formats . The upcoming version supports even more formats and adding new formats is very simple.

Transifex is a really good tool for collaborative translation. It offers paid plans, a free 15-day demo, and free open source projects.

I use Androglot.com , its quite an early stage, but promising, free and open to everyone, it supports Android string.xml files (and the -array string) without restrictions ...

I found MyGengo String which has native Android string resource support. They are still a bit buggy, but they have a sleek interface. They are free for community projects.

Are there any others that have arisen from last year? (please write as a new answer, not a comment on this answer)
