Some breakpoints missed Eclipse ADT

I have 4 breakpoints, but only 2 get hit. What I notice is that breakpoints that get hit show a small checkmark in the breakpoints view. What does this mark mean and how can I activate other breakpoints?

Found. This is a problem when breakpoints other than the main thread do not fall. This is an exceptional issue on the Samsung Galaxy S5 under Lollipop.

Here are some explanations of the various symbols:

What are the different breakpoint icons in Eclipse?

I just tried this myself, and it seems that your breakpoints are not disabled, but a small checkmark appears only after you actually execute the function where the breakpoint is located. Therefore, the reason your breakpoints do not hit is because there is no code in the code that leads to the code you are trying to debug, i.e. you do not call him.
