How to view / play a chrome network debugger har file saved with content?

I like the network debugger, which, as they say, what programs exist that allow me to step back and forth through a few "hars" so that I can play them? if "hars" are stored with content, can this play descriptor also work?

right now I just read in the text panel, but if I need to submit any of my finds, a good β€œgame player” can help non-technical people.

There is a HAR viewer developed by Jan Odvarko that you can use. You either use the online version on

Or download the source code at https://github.com/janodvarko/harviewer .

UPDATE: Chrome 62 DevTools includes HAR import features. https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/08/devtools-release-notes#har-imports

There are several online standalone tools to do this:

But the one I liked the most is the extension (I tried it in Chrome, I hope it works in other browsers). After installation, it appears in your applications as a HAR viewer . Then you can download the HAR file and see something like this:

The most reliable way to play the har file is using a free tool, for example Fiddler , the tool is always free and can be downloaded quickly. Sites for opening the har file are errors and cannot open large files. Fiddler is available on all platforms.

Go to the File menu β†’ Import Sessions ...

Open feeddler

Select the "HTTPArchive" option

Select the Http Archieve option

Browse Your HAR File

The HAR file will open and play in the violinist window.

Edit: Harhar is now open source. I updated the url below.

If you use the Avalanche load generator, you can use Harhar to play the HAR file under very high load: https://acastaner.imtqy.com/harhar/

This tool processes the "content" that you use when "Save as HAR with content".

Hardiff.com is a pretty useful tool. It allows you to compare one or more .har files.
