Meteor for mobile web application

I am developing a mobile application for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile in Javascript and try to choose between Meteor and Backbone. The app will not include internet connection features. This application should store data on the device, not on the remote server.

I am new to Meteor and have some experience with Backbone, and I am a developer with a strong tendency to have one tool, a minimum minimum number of tools, for deployment on each platform.

I need to write my application in one code base and deploy to 3 platforms iOS Android, Windows Mobile.

The reactive nature and package management Meteor draws me to itself from the Master.

Is Meteor a suitable tool for developing non-Internet connections for mobile applications for these iOS, Android, Windows Phone platforms?
