AurioTouch example audio playback / no work?

According to Apple's description, the aurioTouch example application is designed to “get the audio input and copy it to the output,” which I think means that the application will play / through any sound that the iPhone microphone picks up through the iPhone speakers.

When I downloaded the application on my iPhone (updated to version 2.2), the playthru function does not seem to work at all. The equalizer on the screen responds as expected to voices and sounds, so that half of the application input clearly works.

Yes, I tried toggle the “MUTE” button of the application, and yes, I made sure that the iPhone’s ringer / sound switch is not set to silent and that the volume is not set to zero. What am I missing?

The problem is the incorrectly written DC filter in the auxiliary code.

Select lines 210 and 211 of the AppDelegate code that invoke the DC filter, and you will be immediately launched.
