How to upgrade from python 3.5 to 3.6

Question

My machine runs on Windows and I tried to find out about it, but people only talk about mac and brewother discussions. I want to ask if there is a command line that I need to write that can update the kernel, or do I need to download package 3.6 from the official site and then remove 3.5 and then install 3.6 (and I do not want to do this because it sounds messy for me)

I think you need to download the Python 3.6 package, but you do not need to remove version 3.5 (you can have both)
