Enterprise App Single App Mode does not always load automatically

I am currently experiencing issues with the Enterprise App that start in Single App mode. The devices used are an iPad Mini running iOS 9.3.2 and 9.3.5. The tablets are under control, and the MDM I am currently using is Cisco Meraki.

When the tablet is connected back to the application, it turns off and should restart automatically, but this is not always the case. About 1/4 time, the application simply does not load at all, and the tablet is stuck on the main screen of the operating system. You can do nothing more with the tablet, except for rebooting the system, which reboots the entire tablet, and then almost always starts the application from the very beginning, but not always.

My question, obviously, is how I can fix this, is this a known issue with Single App Mode on iOS 9.3?

There is also a problem with Single App Mode on iOS devices; I found that you can force the application to restart only by turning off the power and turning on the device again only with the power switch instead of forcing the device to restart. This saves some time, but is still pretty unpleasant.
