Worksheet freezes when scrolling in taskbar while task is running

Question

We are developing Addin office with the office.js API. A recurring problem is detrimental to our reputation in the store. This problem is that the worksheet in Excel Addin (office.js) freezes after scrolling over it. I wrote a simple Script Lab code snippet that reproduces the problem of sheet freezing.
