How to set padding behavior in ST3

Question

Sublime Text has 3 ways to handle parentheses when I press the new line button.

1.curly bracket

xxx = {
  |cursor|
}

2.parenthesis

xxx = (
  |cursor|)

Bracket 3.square

xxx = [
|cursor|]

How can I set all of them to behave like a curly brace

The default dressings have the following:

which provides functionality for pushing Enterbetween brackets {and }. The macro adds 2 new lines, moves the cursor to the first after and repeats the line.
