How to stop the chrome key from opening the settings tab automatically?

When I run ruby ​​watir script to open the Chrome browser, it also opens another Chrome tab with the address "chrome: // settings / help" and focuses on that. How can I disable the creation of such additional tabs?

Update. I updated the chronograph to 2.33 , which uses the selenium-standalone package, and the selenium server configuration. The tab is no longer displayed. You can try updating the chrome reverse, which your ruby ​​script will use for 2.33.

If you need my version of Chrome, it is currently 62.0.3202.89 (64 bit) for Mac OS.

I ran into this problem when I tried to use our selenium automation in nodejs. I tried the new chrome reverse 2.33, but the problem persists. I just downgraded my Chrome to version 59 at the moment, until it is fixed.
