UndefinedMetricWarning: F-score is undefined and set to 0.0 in labels without predicted samples

I get this strange error:

classification.py:1113: UndefinedMetricWarning: F-score is ill-defined and being set to 0.0 in labels with no predicted samples.
'precision', 'predicted', average, warn_for)'

but then it also prints the f-score on first run:

metrics.f1_score(y_test, y_pred, average='weighted')

The second time I run the account without errors. Why?

>>> y_pred = test.predict(X_test)
>>> y_test

Also, why does the error message appear 'precision', 'predicted', average, warn_for)? There is no open bracket, so why does it end with a closing bracket? I am running sklearn 0.18.1 using Python 3.6.0 in a conda environment on Windows 10.

I also looked here, and I do not know if this is the same error. This post also has no solution.
