Reading CSV file in Android app

I am working on an application to prove the concept so that I can implement this function in the larger application that I am creating. I am a little new to Java and Android Dev, but hopefully this should not be too simple or complicated question.

Basically, I am trying to read a list of lines from a CSV file and make it useful when displaying a list in the main activity of the application.

I am using an external class to read in CSV. Here's the class code:
