Customer Service Service has a yellow triangle

I am using VS2015, when I add a service to my service application, the link has a yellow triangle. There are no errors in the "My Error" window, and when you hover over the link, nothing appears. How can I find out what the problem is?

The solution builds and works fine otherwise.
