Wit.ai: the screen is slowed down when importing the application

Question

I have a working Wit.Ai application and you want to export it and then import it into another Wit.Ai account. I exported the application to a zip file. And the problem arises: when you try to import the file back into the new account: “We create your instance. Please do not update”, it displays for several minutes and then disappears without any success or error message. And no new project has been created ...

The project I'm trying to import is not huge; the .zip file is 3 Kbytes, and there are only 4 files in the entity directory.

Does anyone have any suggestions or workarounds?
