Get the "Talking URL Path" from the English version

I am new to TYPO3. I have a webpage that is developed in TYPO3 with PHP.

In this they create pages using realurl extention

My problem is that I have English and Chinese versions of one page.

If the "Talk URL" is empty in the Chinese version, it will be available from the English version. Is it possible. I tried on google no answer. Any suggestion would be helpful

Not sure if your question is accurate, but if you want to show the English version of the page when the Chinese do not exist, perhaps this is enough to establish

sys_language_mode = content_fallback
