Android Video Player Libraries with Cache Video

I developed an Android application based on video recording, I am facing some problems that exist,

1.When scrolling a video in playback mode requires auto play

2.Pause, pause, resume and full screen

3. Each video stream of time

4.How to make cache video and play without stream

Is there a lib link or link, and go thanks

I suggest ExoPlayer , here is a good sample
for caching you can use VideoCache or OkHttpDataSource
