Use ci game from Jenkins groovy pipeline script

How can I use the Jenkins Continuous Integration Game (ci-game) plugin in a Jenkins project as code (Jenkinsfile)?

Unfortunately, the ci-game plugin does not yet support pipelines. The plugin does not appear in the Plugin Compatibility with Pipeline list.

There is already an open ticket in this issue ( JENKINS-42683 ).
