Mingw64 - file was not loaded correctly

I am trying to install MinGW-w64, but during installation I received

The file was not loaded correctly

I have 64 bit win10 and my installation option:

I am using this sourceforge link . , and some commentators have the same problem.

Any idea how to fix this?
