Permission denied by Google Tagmanager Android

Question

In the google tag manager, I created one container(Android legacy) to transfer data to Google Analytics (Added as tag) . When I try to download the current version (published), it throws an error

Above is the contents of the json file (this is invalid json). I checked the permission and it has publish permission, which is the highest resolution.

Please, help

In my case, I logged in with several google accounts, and I am very sure that this is what causes this error, because I went to the incognito window and opened GTM, and then everything turned out fine.
