Sphinx: record footnotes in place, display at the end

I would like to be able to write footnotes in the place where they refer, but then show them only at the end of the document where it is displayed .. rubric: Footnotes .

Like this:

Lorem Ipsum[#lorem]_ dolor sit blah blah. .. [#lorem] The footnote text here. The next paragraph. Salve regina mater misericordiae, vita dulcedo. .. rubric: Footnotes

DESIRED OUTPUT:

Lorem Ipsum ^ 1 dolor sit blah blah.

Next paragraph. Salve regina mater misericordiae, vita dulcedo.

Footnote:
1 Footnote text here.

According to docutils docs this should be possible:

Footnotes can be found anywhere in the document, not only at the end. Where and how they appear in the processed output depends on the processing system.

But I canโ€™t find how to make a processing system (Sphinx using the built-in make html ) to place them only at the bottom, and not where they appear.
